Your mom ROCKS!!!! I love the martini setting and the diamonds sparkle like crazy!! Did you decide on what to do about the scratch?? Is it going to be polished out? You are not a brat! Your mom is sooo sweet

I''m not gonna polish it out because it really is a small scratch. I love the martini setting too! it allows the diamonds to sit into the earlobe, so it doesn''t scratch at my cell phone so much when I use it. My other pair scratched up my phone so bad I had to get a clear coat for my new phone.

LOL FK, glad you decided to get it polished. Sounds like it wasn''t too bad, you probably felt it was worse than it actually is but since it was new had that scratched-my new-car feeling.

In fact, I bet you were moping just so you could get new earrings.

I do love these earrings... and my mom is fantastic. She always knows just what to get me to make me feel better!
Do my ears appear a bit plasticky to any of you? I just realized they look kinda fake.

I am currently vacationing in Denver, so can''t type much. It''s FREEZING here! I''m from S. California, so 60 degrees is considered cold for me. It was 18 degrees today... I practically froze my ears and nose off, and I''m not even on the slopes yet! And the altitude... whoooaaa.... i''ve been dizzy since I got off the plane. Hopefully i''ll feel better tomorrow!

That was my big thing when I got mine. and every place I looked which had decent quality diamonds set in plat screwbacks had them in the four prong basket. If you dont mind my asking where did you get them?
