Im upset/sad (need to vent)

It is ok to be sentimental, just not overbearing about it. I save EVERYTHING and it goes into boxes that I can dig through to my hearts content and when FI sees me doing this he just shakes his head and goes to play a video game for an hour haha. Also I was reading chicken soup the other day and there was an 80 year old couple in it where the man gave his wife a card every sunday and wrote her a loving message inside. She got her first one when she was like 16 and she saved them all in a big truck at the end of her bed. It all is about moderation
Me and FI have a project we are doing together though, we both love theatre and we save all our ticket stubs from shows weve been to like chicago and stuff and we''re going to create a collage out of them on a canvas to hang up in our home somewhere. I can''t wait til its all filled up

You are two different people with different viewpoints. It''s ridiculous to be tying a physical object to how much he loves you....that he could THROW AWAY your relationship like he could throw away that planner. C''mon - that''s not fair!

Give him a break! At least he UNDERSTOOD after your meltdown, and didn''t allow you to go thru with tossing the thing!!!

Last night when he came over he said he was sorry he upset me. He said that he wanted to just give it to me and that's what he was trying to get to but it just came out all wrong. So I told him its ok and I know it means something to him because he pulled it out of the trash! (and he smiled so cute...) I suggested I just keep it then with the other things and I told him we should put the stuff together sometime anyway (because eventually we will) So all is good! lol

I can never stay mad at him.....Those gorgeous deep ocean blue eyes always draw me in! ha!

I still can't get over a silk polka-dot dress that man of mine threw in the trash. Five years ago! As it disappeared I was asking myself : 'When did I last wear that...?"
Why second-guess yourself? Back yourself!
