Input on a setting I'm interested in please

I really like this but I am having a hard time picturing it with a stone.

Well, it would be a very little stone. I'm guessing 2.5 to 3mm.

Okay thank you. That's what I was worried about

This setting has an illusion head and my guess is that it'll need a very tiny stone, probably anywhere from 1 mm to 1.5 mm max if I am reading the description correctly. The center stone is 1 mm and the sidestones are 0.5 mm.
