IF I SEE ONE MORE COMMERCIAL WITH THE WILMAS AND JUDY who I all hate btw I''M GOING TO HURT SOMEONE. How many times did they show that commercial? I wasn''t in love with anyone''s dress but I''ll takesome of their rings! Geena Lee Nolan was really pretty. I was surprised. I thought she had ''hit the wall''....but in my world, when you''re over a 3.5 ct round, you''re approaching too big and tacky....the 6 ct was gross. I never knew that Scott Wolf''s bride was that girl from the Real World. Lucky her. He''s too teeny-bob for me but handsome and funny....MTV was the best thing that ever happened to her.

mmm: you''d think they''d get new outfits to go with their new ''doos''!!Maybe we''ll see a new show "Queer Eye for the Cartoon Character"

I did notice that Star Jones'' dress was made by a ''designer'' while everyone else''s was made by the same ''whatever her name is'' - I guess I don''t read enough bridal ****. To find out now that it was designed by Reem Acra it think is a major oops for ABC. Why shouldn''t everyone deserve credits?

I missed the celebrity weddings special too.. Made my fiance go to the mall with me TWICE yesterday.. (Bad melissa)..
I have seen pictures of all of these weddings though.. The InStyle Weddings magazine is one of my favorites. And I have a people magazine that was like the end of the year issue and it had all the celebrity weddings of the year. I don''t know which my "Favorite" was..

Mara- Britneys wedding pics were DEFINITELY in people magazine.. I don''t have the issue, but i had seen it at work. They are absolutely the most disgusting wedding pictures I''ve ever seen. I know that Reena had posted some of them SOMEWHERE on here.. It looked like she didn''t bother to bathe or wash her hair for her wedding. Her first dress was OK, but then her little reception # was just nasty. You could see her a$$ sticking out of the bottom of it.

I watch "The View" when I get a chance so maybe that''s why I know (too much) about Star''s wedding. Apparently she had a totally sponsored wedding. Everything was "donated" in exchange for air-time (i.e., free advertising). ABC had had it up to here with Star''s name dropping, which is why they cut out all references to her vendors. She was upset because she thought she would have been made to pay for everything if she did not mention the names per her agreement with the vendors.

Wow -- I really loved all the white flowers I saw. I LOVED Tori Spelling''s wedding. That was just gorgeous.

This is going to sound REALLY bad, but.... oh well. As someone who is perpetually trying to lose 10 lbs, I was really glad to see that Gina Nolin had gained a few! Eeek. I know I sound terrible, but it made me feel better! And she looked great!

I didn''t watch the whole Instyle special, its taped and ready to view this weekend...but I didn''t realize how sponsored Star''s wedding was until I went to her wedding webpage which was created by a site that one of you recommended under the wedding websites... weddingwindow.com. If you go, it prompts you to go to star & al''s site. I''m sure they got that for free too...anyway, they gave out gift bags full of random stuff that you could tell was all just promotional stuff from places. But, like really, how many people that were attending her wedding are really going to use Ballys gym memberships or payless shoes and random toiletries. I guess I always just get annoyed/bitter that these huge companys give the people that can afford everything and the effort is wasted cuz who''s going to take advantage of it, while the people that could USE a discount never get them. Not that that kind of complaint is anything new...but yeah.

I called my mom after the show went off and the first thing she asked me was whose wedding i wanted. My reply was Star''s, not because i liked anything she did in particulare (although i would LOVE to have her bridesmaid sing for me, holy cow!), but just because it was all FREE!!! I watched with my mom. I''m such a cheeseball. I loved the vows that Tori and hubby said in unision "I promise to always say sorry first." Gena Lee''s ring--if it had had a smaller center stone--was quite pretty. But HUGE! And what about Kelis''s ring! Yowza. And that FIVE CARAT asscher on the new Mrs. Costner....enough to blind someone! I hadn''t realized how Monique Lulliher (sp?) is so much the new Vera Wang!! I really liked the lace top on Gena Lee Nolin''s dress (and I agree, she looked better with some meat on her bones.)

Yeah, would it have killed Britney to brush her hair (extensions)? Ta-cky. Bleah.

And omiGOD, I totally agree--I just LOVED the wedding footage shot on 16mm!!! It got me all excited about getting a DP to shoot my wedding on film (vs. a videographer) when the time comes (surely one I''ve worked with would take pity on me and not charge too much???)

I have to admit--as much as it''s the antithesis of my style, I kinda dug Kelis'' green dress! In a weird way.

It should be soon because it was advertised in the recent InStlye Wedding Magazine. I think they usually air them in late Jan. or early Feb. then rerun them all year.

I just heard, the new InStyle celebrity Weddings special will air Monday, Jan 30 on ABC at 8/7c.
It will feature Demi and Ashton, Jennifer and Ben, Sandra and Jesse and Heidi and Seal.
