I AM GOING TO TWEAK OUT…an unauthorized charge was put on my credit card of 13k to a certain evil computer company (I ordered one computer from them in December and they keep recharging me…I swear I am gonna kill someone over there…) When my CC called me immediately to make me aware of the situation.. They have to put a temporary hold on my accountant to notify the death monster computer company and to ensure that no other account activity that has happened since my last statement was unauthorized. ARGH! It is 10pm in NYC so obviously I cannot call them to ask if they had already charged the card….I WANT TO SCREAM SOO BADLY RIGHT NOW. I swear after everything that happened and went wrong with the ring at WF and now this…I am thinking I should be a wedding band only girl.

is there anyway to check your card to see if the charge has already gone through? Many times a CC company puts the $ on hold so hopefully the $ for your ring already made it on.

I spoke to the people at my CC company...they are being awesome. Very understanding, they are going to only put up a temporary block around 24 hours to see what is going on. I have a daily spending limit and being a college student it is not 13k… well all of this was more then my limit. Luckily (maybe?) Lockes had not charged the card to have it rejected... I explained the situation to the gentleman on the phone they are going to allow Lockes to put through the charge as early as Thursday morning. Or I could put it on my debit card I suppose. I don’t know. I will have to call Lockes in the morning. This $ucks.

Okay can I just say how much I am loving the people at Lockes?

They are being super sweet. The ring will be shipped out overnight today! Which means I will still get it sometime tomorrow. I am so relived! I cannot wait to get the call on my cell that means it is time to go and pick that baby up from Fedex!
