Is the Shane CO. lifetime guarantee/warranty worth it???

Hi! Okay so i went to Shane Co. today to look at settings. They have a warranty/guarantee that if you buy your setting from them, get it set by them and get it cleaned twice a year with them, they will replace any stones (side stones) that fall out for ever. The settings are on the pricey side for what they are...and they are charging about $200.00 more to set it. Is this worth it? How much does replacing a .05-.10 pt. sidestone usually cost including labor? THANKS!!!!
