Is there a 'create your own ring' website?

I've seen tons that will let you match a diamond to a setting and spit out a photo of what it will look like. I was wondering if there was a website that will show you what a colored Center Stone of your selection and the colored Side Stones of your selection would look like together, along with your choice of setting metals.

Does anyone know of one? I'm trying to explore my colored side stone options and I thought maybe someone else had solved this problem for me
It would be a lot easier than photoshopping pictures of various gemstones together by hand!

ieb: Maybe you're on to the new big thing! I bet if you invent it, people will use. In the meantime, what a lot of people do is post the ring and the stones separately here and ask someone to photoshop for them.

I wish! There are too many variations though. Shape, color, size of the stone, that's not even getting into the actual individual settings themselves! Diamond melee, colored stone melee, metal color, karat of gold, halos, double halos, split shanks, organic details, etc etc etc.

I think it would take a long time to do, but man it would be cool.

Haha, this is actually what I do for work, and if I had a gem seller who was interested in building one as part of their website as maybe a 'get a quote' feature I would totally do it for them.... in exchange for gems, even!

You'd have to start with something pretty small and basic, but from there if it got used/was supported it could easily be expanded to have more features and customization.

It's actually not too complicated to begin with just color selection!

Okay Minous, now I am REALLY hoping that I might be able to find someone out there who would want to collaborate with me on such a project so I could build it for them. Any clue where how I might find some jewelers who would be willing participants?
