Is this a reasonable budget for a 1 carat round?

We are looking for an upgrade for me, to purchase in the next 3-4 months or so. I want AT LEAST a 1 carat round diamond, am perfectly fine with Si1 quality, and am trying to decide between an H or an I for color. I don''t really want a true H&A, but I do want the symmetry to be good enough that I can see the arrows, so I''m thinking a GIA triple EX? Is 5000 (or around, preferably not over 5500) a reasonable stone budget for these specs? I''ve looked on the BGD website, and it looks very doable to me (some of the I''s are even below 5k), but wanted some advice from you all. I care most about the diamond being super sparkly, and I want to hit the one carat mark (nothing below--I know that sounds really silly but it''s been my dream to be able to say I have a one carat diamond, so I know I would be unhappy with something even .1 less). Also, I want to put it in a cushion halo, and am thinking possibly 2k for the setting? I''m thining something along the lines of the Guinevere setting by WF, but with diamonds on the shank...I appreciate your thought, thanks!

that''s definitely doable for an I SI1 in a BGD signature H&A...here are a few that would work:

Cool, thanks everyone! I thought it was going to work, but I wanted some reassurance :)
