Hi all,

I am new to this site (my first post). I am in the market to buy a ~2.0 ct diamond.
What are your thoughts on the diamond below? Even though its a VS2 it still has lot of "blemishes".
Is it a good diamond?

Twining wisps are scary looking on the clarity plot, but they are usually hard to see with the eye. Have you seen this diamond? Or do you have pictures of it or an idealscope image? It definitely is promising, but I'd want to see more images.

I'd want to see at least pictures. The link you posted doesn't even show where the inclusions are and how many there are. The stone only scored a 2.0 on the HCA...If you're concerned about budget, and feel this is the best you can get, I suppose it'd be ok, just based on the numbers. Do you have any pictures? I'd also request the ideal scope.

Thanks for your input. I haven't seen this stone, saw it on an online site.
This one is cheaper compared to others of similar size/cut/clarity etc.
That makes me think what is the catch here?
Also, what is HCA? Do online websites like blue nile provide the ideal scope images on request?
