Everything looks wonderful jas! I remember reading your previous posts about how unpleasant the planning process has been for you, which is such a shame. It''s supposed to be a happy time, and although there are bound to be some snafus along the way, you''ve had to put up with entirely too much! Hopefully, everything will go off without a hitch (including your RD). I was totally shocked when I read that you were going to be ''roasted''. Hopefully it won''t be mean spirited...if it is, well let''s just say I can''t even imagine what that would be like!

The most important thing is that soon you''ll be married to the man that you love (you guys make such a cute couple btw)!

Thanks Kerbear (love the name, by the way. Reminds me of my cuddlies that had the fun designs on their tummies!)

It has been very difficult...totally not fun with a few exceptions. My guess is that the RD will be thoughtless, rather than mean-spirited. Either way not a knee-slapper for me.

I can''t wait to just be married. And thanks -- he''s pretty darned cute if I do say so myself. Me? I have good hair days and bad hair days.

If y''all could see me now -- sitting here with a skater cap on my head because it''s really cold out tonight...the corners of my mouth still chapped from the antibiotics, and a few angry zits making their way out to say howdy because I haven''t had a good night''s sleep in about a week.

I''m scaring myself. Maybe I should trade out the veil I have for one made of burlap. Itchy but practical for the zitty bride. Whee!

Everything looks so amazing and wonderful and I can''t wait to hear all about it and see all the pics when you get back. Chicago is mine an DHs favorite vacation spot, my e-ring was purchased in the diamond district and were engaged at Harry Caray''s. It''s the first trip we ever took together and we visit from San Diego at least 4 times a year. I''m sure your day will be wonderful and special and no matter what happens at the RD you''ll be happily married at the end of the weekend!

And well said, Kimberly...I''m looking at the finish line here. Is it sacreligious that I''ve never been to Harry Caray''s? Probably, but I hear the steak is to die for! How sweet that you got engaged in my favorite city in the whole world!

We spent 2 hours dropping off OOT bags today (people chose to stay at some random places not on our block list, but there ya go)...it''s cold and rainy and I couldn''t have been happier...we actually bumped into 2 of our guests as they were checking in, and they were SO excited (I''m hoping more excited to see us rather than the bags, but who knows)...

Right now I''m either in a weird state of calm or comatose because it''s not hitting me yet...but it will...I am actually looking forward to getting the excited butterflies in my tummy!

Yea! 3 more days!

I think it might be, jas. You''ll have to add it to your list of things to do! It truly is amazing. We cook from the Harry Caray''s cookbook on occasion (usually special occasions because it''s so bad for you good).

Anyways, enough about HC, your wedding looks like it will be amazing and wonderful and fun and I''m so happy that you are your soon-to-be-husband have found peace in the chaos.
