I actually got my Jewel Jet going today to clean my e-ring. I am debating on having my stone recut and reset, but after taking some pics of it nice and clean I am having second thoughts.

Bah. It's gorgeous, and if you love it, who the hell cares? My 'lil .75 is "just" a GIA "excellent" and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
