James Allen Mobile/Actual Website Question

I spent all morning looking at diamonds on James Allen's mobile site. They identify their diamonds by serial number on the mobile site. However, it appears on the regular site the diamonds are identified by a SKU number. It doesn't appear that the numbers are the same. Does anybody know how to locate a diamond by serial number on the regular website?
