I have been to 3 different Zales stores located at our local malls. Much of the diamond jewelry had IGI reports. Looked at a few and could not believe how badly cut they were. Saw more than one round diamond with 70 percent depth where the sales person went on to gush how well cut it was.

I am sure Zales does have some nice diamonds, and maybe they were just hiding on my trips there.
