There's nothing up there. Seriously, Northeastern Wisconsin is mostly rural, with a fair amount of tourism (think deer hunting, snowmobiling, and Door County fish boils). Are you looking for a recommendation for custom design, repairs, diamonds -- all of the above? The Twin Cities might be your best bet, e.g., Continental Diamonds. And I think Flygirl works with a small, custom jeweler in the Twin Cities area.
