Hi there,
Would anyone be willing to take a look at this diamond and let me know if there are any major red flags? It's in the right price range, but I guess I'm concerned it may be too yellow? It will be set in 14k yellow gold so maybe that's not an issue?

Alternatively, this is the other diamond I'm looking at. It's more expensive, so I'm wondering if the additional $400 is worth it?

Thanks for your replies! I decided to go a little smaller actually and ended up purchasing the following diamond. Would @DejaWiz or @Kim N be willing to look at the video and let me know if this tints brown? I've tried comparing to other natural diamonds and my eyes can't discern brown vs the more natural yellow. Thanks in advance!!

This isn't an apples-to-apples comparison because the background colors are a bit different, but this a screenshot of your stone next to a natural GIA H. The lab diamond does have a browner tint than the natural.

Thank you for the comparison! What do you think about this one as an alternative? I've heard that HPHT is less likely to have the brown tint.

To see if there are vendor showcase videos (loupe360), simply replace the grading report number at the end of the video link that I posted earlier with the report number for any of these other diamonds.

I see that the 1.50 D VS2 is showing unavailable...did you get it?

It looks like OP made a beautiful choice, but I have to compliment your sharp eyes! By itself, I would have never seen the brown tint. Congratulations Pishposh3!
