Ladies, Do you know of any gentleman sporting a diamond ring IRL?

A former coworker!

He was early 30s, very handsome, longer wavy hair…he was just a very cool, smart, Southern gentleman with a great sense of style.

Don’t tell my husband…he was absolutely my innocent work crush! :D

He had a big signet style gold wedding ring with a diamond (I’d guess 3/4 carat, and a gold / platinum pinky ring with a smaller diamond. He rocked it!

My uncle has one! And he has a BIG fat sapphire ring he wears as a RHR. :)

Does Rudy Giuiliani's pinky ring count? I've seen it in real life, face to face. And was not impressed -- not just because I didn't care for the style; the diamonds bear an unfortunate resemblance imo to "frozen spit." He definitely should have sought PS advice before making the purchase!

Maybe it was really grimy! I’ve seen so many diamonds where it’s a total coin toss as to whether there’s a nice rock under there…

My father in law has an at least one carat diamond in a rich yellow gold gypsy set ring; I think the only time I’ve seen him take it off is to go swimming. I’d definitely consider it to be his “signature piece”.

My grandfather wore one his entire life, since I can remember. It was over 1ct & is around 6.2mm in diameter & wore it on his pinky.

I think pinky rings are super classic & handsome on men if they have the right demeanor.

A few, but they are all of my father’s generation or older. My dad and granddads dont though, but it’s relatively common in India for men to wear a ring with a diamond or a gemstone (like emerald, coral, yellow sapphire etc). Men are still commonly presented with a ring with a diamond in it during the engagement or wedding, but most choose to repurpose the ring into a piece of jewelry for their wives (in my circle anyway).

My dad has a few diamond rings (not a solitaire type but bands). He has a diamond pendant though and he is getting an upgrade!

Here is my dad with my nephew. Dad has a diamond pendant which you might be able to see. And a few rings... diamond set.. bracelets and watches.

Love a pinky ring

One really, really fashionable guy in my tiny hometown.

My uncle who I think did not want it but my aunt insisted.

My great grandpa’s ring of unknown origin that will go to my son.

Nope, here in Scotland most men don’t even wear a wedding ring…….

Yes our good friend wears a diamond band.
In most other ways he dresses sort of messy so this stands out.
I have never seen his wife wearing a diamond ring now that I think of it...

Im assuming you are actually a real live person - im sure we've seen you in family snaps even
Id be very disappointed to find out you wern't real DF

I will vouch for DF being a real person. He wears a beautiful tension set ring from Boone.

Of course, since I have only talked with him on the phone, it is conceivably possible he is a very successful AI prototype…

wink

Yup, an acquaintance wears a ring with a number of round diamonds bezel set at equal distance from each other in a plain band.

He has an impeccable dress sense, wears an tasteful and expensive scent discreetly as in you have to get close to him in order to smell his scent, and yes, he is gay.

DK :))

I know three: Wink, John Pollard and my hair stylist. I've known my stylist for over 10 years so he feels like family to me at this point. And @Wink and JP feel like family too!

None of my actual blood relatives (male or female) wear diamond rings though.

I wish more men wore diamond rings.

I'm trying to get my best guy friend and another close friend into the diamond ring game! I'll win them over eventually - I even told them I'd pay for it! They both say they're hesitant because they worry about people teasing them. I try to tell them I have only ever gotten compliments on my jewelry!
