Really late in the evening, and I decided to give it a go after they''d already gotten the bar really low....but my attempt at the limbo. This is probably 1/3 a second before I had to catch myself w/ my hand. The corset under my dress was both a blessing and a curse.

Sadly, with all the dancing, the blue shoes eventually found themselves beside the dance floor instead of on it. My cousin was amused and decided to take a pic.

DH aimed for a friend when he tossed the garter, and ended up getting a distant cousin's probably soon to be FI. My aim was a little better, and I managed to hit said distant cousin with the bouquet. So, we happily agreed when the DJ suggested a 2nd (reversed) round of putting the garter back on (seeing as how they're a couple). It was a good laugh.

ETA: Ok, out of good ones for now. Back to stalking my email and facebook.

Still no pro shots, which is driving me crazy, but we''ve gotten a few more non-pro ones that I''ll share as I try to stay patient.

Our cake, with the classical guitarist in the background and the light set-up from the DJ. The baker used the design from our invites as inspiration for the flowers on it.

Better view of my bustle. It kept coming partially undone all night until we found a safety pin and got serious. Many thanks to Dionne (our photog) for pinning it like a pro after the coordinator's attempt failed.

Thanks, ladies!! Rachie, we went through TwoFoot Creative. Ana, the owner, was already booked, but she has an assistant, Nicola, who was available (at a discount

). Ana was at all of our meetings and at the rehearsal, but it was just Nicola and another assistant the day of. They did a great job of making sure everything went as planned - I didn''t have to think or worry about a thing.
