Lauren B Jewelry NYC?

Anyone have any experience with this vendor? I have a co-worker obsessed with their instagram pictures, and wants to persuade her boyfriend to use them for her ring. I have mentioned the other amazing vendors in NYC, but she seems pretty sold on these guys. At the end of the days, it's not my business, but I was curious about them, because I've never heard of them on this forum, good or bad?

My friend just engaged last month and his fiance designed a ring with Lauren B. She said they were really helpful during the process as she made many last minute changes and sent her a video of the ring showing the many angles. Last time i saw her she did mention she is happy with it but she felt the craftsmanship was not the best!? But I don't know much about rings...my girlfriend is over the moon with her e-ring though, they were able to make the prongs and band really thin (if that is appealing to you)!

Thanks for the input all! I think she is going with BE/ERD just based on their customer service alone... she read a few yelp reviews and I pointed her to this site and my own experience with BE, Mark is just such a class act, with every project we have approached him with... also told her to check out SK, his Pave work is gorge!!
