Layers of OEC goodness

After having seen this stone in Fortekitty's collection back in November, I couldn't stop drooling. She was kind enough to set it aside until I was ready for it. After a little bit of trouble with shipping it's here. My little survivor made it to me. I had her set today (what can I say, I'm an instant gratification gal?) and now I have layers (with another FK OEC).

DS: the stone is a .91. I'm not sure of the color or clarity (I think VS2).

Ohhhhhhhh!!! They are just beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seeing your pendants has helped me make my final decision in what to do with a half carat diamond that was given to me after my grandmother passed several years ago. She requested that four diamonds from her various pieces be reset into pendants for her four granddaughters and I've had this pendant for years but it's just not my style and I never wear it. I want to have something I will wear everyday and your pendants have totally inspired me!! Ohhhh- I can't wait to rock my own!! Now I just have to decide- a four prong or a bezel setting??? It's too hard!!

Bad news/good news: I lost the bigger of the two necklaces right after I got back from the Vegas GTG. :-/ The good news is that I have a replacement that i love just as much (if not a little more).

Here she is. A 1.18 ct M (6.8mm) from Ruby Lane. Her name is Lola.
