I don't love this stone. It looks kind of dead around the center in the video
 
Convention wisdom on PS is that I color and SI1 are sometimes differentiable from a D/IF however with step cuts which have less facets to distribute color and flaws, usually higher grades are recommended.
I would recommend playing around on James Allen on the second lowest zoomed out setting to confirm your color and clarity range. In person would be ideal, but step cuts are harder to find in stock at stores.

Yes, I agree.
Also its not the right lighting to see if its eyeclean, most si asschers and a lot of vs2 asschers are not eyeclean.

I've seen it in person, it's very clean and color is fine. I'm most concerned about the cut.
