Y'know, all my life, when I see something *particularly* beautiful, I've gotten a lump in my throat and tears spring to my eyes. I have no idea why, but it's always been this way.

@caolsen - just then - when I saw your photos - I went "Ooooohhhhh...." - out loud - and tiny little tears popped up in my eyes!

This is just SO delicate and SO perfect and so damn BALANCED - it just hits all the parts of my brain that love perfect proportions and things that complement each other so well - there's just no fault to them.

These rings were created to wear together. Thank you so much for sharing them. For reasons I can't explain - they warm my soul.

I know what you mean - my OCD loves the simple symmetry on offer here.

What gets me is that the sapphires in the ring are original and the eternity band was bought about 10 years ago. I can’t help but think these stones separated by 90 years must have come from the same mine. The color couldn’t have been matched more perfectly.

I don't know if you like romantic movies, but have you ever seen The Lake House with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves? Reminds me of that.

I am wearing them on my lefty hand. I generally wear antique & more delicate pieces on my left hand. Being right handed, the rings on that hand take more whacks and bangs.

I wear a 6.25 ring. Actually finger size is a hair under a 6, but I hate the feeling of tight rings. Rather they turn then feel too tight
