+1. There''s a lot of great stuff in here, but comments like the one HH quoted terrify me. Doing that for prolonged periods of time screws up your body, and as soon as you start eating again, it comes back (and more). Put the emphasis on getting healthy, being active, and making the right choices and the weight will come off and stay off. But please please, be good to your body. This is not a healthy diet. This is a starvation diet. Slim fast=220 cals, 1 cup watermelon =46 calories. That''s only 266 calories for an entire day when you''re working out. NOT. OK.
