The polish is spotty at best, under the stone - not good. I had my jeweler polish out the basket and add some miligraining to the inner bezel, which wouldn''t be necessary if I had bought a stone that was exactly 7x7 mm.Date: 9/4/2008 9:11:46 PM

Yes, I was about to ask about the quality of the settings too.
1. How is the polish?
2. How secure are the prongs on those with pave?
3. Do the melees at least sparkle a little?
4. What did your local jeweller who mounted the stones in the LOGR setting say about the setting?
As I always do, I asked my jeweler to make sure all of the stones were tight, and he didn''t mention that anything looked awry with the melee.
My camera grossly misrepresents how lovely these settings are in person. The melee are incredibly lively, but it''s so difficult to capture on camera. I can''t even capture fire in my Asscher with my camera, and it throws it around like it''s going out of style.
He was absolutely shocked when I told him how much I paid. Shocked. The Legacy setting is surprisingly sturdy and well detailed for how little the starting price is.
