Thank you! Actually, I found this floral ring that has a bezel and then a “halo”. I quite like the inner halo to be plain but with these teeth? Not sure what to call them and then a clean double milgrain on the outer halo. I also want two lines on the band after the three side diamonds. Let me show you :)

Yes I like that. It’s a delicate milgrain on the inner rim of the bezel. And then double milgrain around the sides of the bezel. Yum!

Ah, thank you for a better description - I can use that for instruction when we get to finer detail portion of the conversation. I’m not sure where else I might do milgrain. I also went back and forth on any engraving. There’s a wheat pattern I’ve enjoyed that David’s used on a few of my rings but I’m leaning toward keeping this simple. Thoughts?

Ah this is gorgeous! I think this is the inspiration ring I gave him? I found it on his past work that he’s posted to IG! Mine doesn’t have the same gallery and won’t have any engraving and only minimal milgrain. Just beautiful, thank you for sharing!

I’ll attach the picture I gave him from IG :)

Yes, I believe that's it - what you have planned sounds beautiful!! I'm so flattered that you chose this octagonal design! I'm sure you'll love it. The octagon gives great finger coverage but doesn't take away from the diamond. I can't wait to see your finished ring!

Thank you! Now I’m that much more excited to get this ring finished!!! I can’t even tell you how many octagonal halos I looked at online, Pinterest, First Dibs, IG…I had 3 top contenders and my husband was the one who chose this out of the three :)

Awww, thank you! David Klass made this one for me - no CAD, I just told him what I wanted and they ran with it. I did ask him to add engraving and milgrain after these glamour shots. I’ll attach the finished photos from him as I don’t think I’ve posted it often :)

Wow the DKJ-made band is magnificent. It looks antique with impeccable hand engraving and miligrain. And perfect antique style prongwork. Beautiful ring!

No, I didn't design it, it was a pre-loved purchase.

I’d say I’m amazed they can do such delicate work but my gallery on my five stone is that delicate so I’m sure they can execute.
