Yeah this works for me too!!! I haven''t really lost one yet. I''m on a Mac and use Camino or Mozilla.
Well now, you just don''t KNOW what you''re missing!

Very funny! Well considering my penchant for rambling...and my now unemployed status (summer vacation-graduate student) I am VERY happy this is something I don''t have to deal with.

well my summers get MORE busy with 3 kids out of school, so I hereby pass the cushiontutortorch to you until september LOL!! Of course I reserve the right to stumble into something and ramble obsessively anyway ;) :D

^^ lol!

I''ve lost quite a few - but it only takes losing one long one to copy any post I wouldn''t want to rewrite, before I send it!

If I get an error I just hit the ''back'' button and it takes you to the previous page with your post again. You can''t simply click resubmit because the button isn''t black any more after an error, but you can highlight it, ctrl C, go back into the thread, and cntrl V at that point.

ditto for me too, I''ve got a Mac and use Firefox. I used to have trouble with Safari here a couple of years ago and Leonid suggested using Firefox, I didn''t like how it changed the format but now i''m used to it and only get on PS in firefox. run everything else in safari though..

I wish my post was there when I hit ''back''...it''s just the blank writing screen... [I use a PC]

I use Mozilla at home-- no lost posts and spell check. At work though it''s explorer... and yes, I do feel at times like the PS Gods are giving me a hint. Can''t have Mozilla at work though, sux.

Thanks does this also apply to Mac?

on a mac you hit command a (to select all) command c (to copy) and command v (to paste).
command instead of control. it's the button to the left of the space bar.

How do you spell check? I''ve often been embarrased later by a slew of misspellings when I go back and read a post!

Mine does the same thing Word does with the spelling--underlines in red. I right click the correct spelling pops up I pick it and it corrects it. I don''t know what version I have (laptop is currently in NJ with FI) but I love that feature. My only gripe with Mozilla is that I have to use the link button when posting links... and with Expoloer I just cut and paste them into the post box and it works.

Jcrow thanks for instructions for apple...
