I think it looks great on you!!!

Thank you all so much for the comments. I am really feeling better about my choice which makes me very happy because I really love this dress.

Pushin 40-Lets do it. I need some motivation. I stopped eating fast food around 9 months ago and I lost 30 lbs in about 3-4 months. I didn''t really have to try and I''ve found that I am really not excited about exercise and at this point I think I''ve lost all I''m going to lose from changing my eating habits. Are you just taking the Alli? I''ve used that before but well, I got scared after eating a fatty meal and taking it one night. Lets just say the side effect from that was not good!

I don''t like to excersize....but I need to at least a little bit. Right now I am jusst trying to focus on the low fat/ reduced calorie concept (God forbid I atually deprive myself of something HAHAHA!)

And I am still taking Alli. I know what you mean about the bad symptoms but that''s a reminder to not eat high fat. It doesn''t really hurt you. And I can live with low fat that because I LOVE salad and can eat a salad for lunch and dinner every day as long as I mix it up with different protiens like turkey or chicken. Sometime nuts and craisins too. And I need my Ken''s Lught Italian dressing...one of my favorites as far as low fat goes.

I miss pasta, potatoes, salt (yep salt. I don''t crave sweets I crave salt)

GOOD for you on quitting fast food! That stuff will kill you..... but every few months I HAVE to go to McDonalds and get a quarter pounder and a large fry. But OH do I feel like S5it after I eat it. UHG.

So would you consider trying Alli again? I really think its working....
Are you on board for low fat, less processed foods?
We can do before and after photos of oursleves in our gowns!!!

I still am at a 3 lb loss for 7 dyas. I need to kick it up a notch thoguth, I''m honestly not trying that hard and I could be eating better.

Congrats on your weight loss! I too am a salt craver..and sweets. I want them all. I'm not sure if I'm ready to go the Alli route again. I may just eat right and work out on my indoor trampoline and if that doesn't help I will try the Alli again. I'm fairly lucky in that I have a hyper thyroid. Lucky as in for conditions to have I'll take hyper over hypo. It's fairly easy for me to lose weight since the meds I'm on right now are not controlling my thyroid. Good-I can lose weight with ease. Bad-my heart races when I just lay in bed. I go back to the doctor in 2 weeks so I'm certain meds will change. When I first got on meds I was gaining a pound a day. Then about a month ago the hot flashes started back, the racing heart beat, short temper and when I got on the scale I was down 9lbs. So hopefully new meds won't cause the initial weight gain again.
