I got a new wallet in Calgary. Went there twice this month for business and was glad that I could squeeze in an hour of personal shopping time this last trip. Here is the first pic.

It''s the Pochette Wallet in Monogram. Holds 10 credit cards, slots for bills, receipts, papers and one zipped change pocket.

Love the compartments inside, so organized.

Here is the bill slot on top. Bills fit in so nicely and secured. Love it!!

Monarch and Tacori - LOL, I can''t take credit for my clean 9 year old carpet, considering that we have 2 cats and a 5 year old. DH vacuums it once a week and steam clean it once year.

Lien, how long have you had yours? I hope mine can last for at least 10 years. DH had a heart attack when he found out that I planned on buying the wallet a few weeks ago.

I was debating between this Mono one and the one in Vernis Pomme. The Vernis one looks so hot and unique. Got the Mono one, was worried about scratches and color transfer problems on the Vernis.

Thank you Sundial. I hope this wallet can last for a very long time. I paid $100 for my last wallet and it lasted for 11 years, and I hope this LV wallet will last for 10 to 15 years.

I also love my new PH, I can fit tons in that bag. Used it on my last business trip and I love it.


BTW, I have been MIA, how was your trip? I hope you had a great time. I don''t think I will be doing any major trip this year as work is pretty hectic, and I''ll have to travel quite a bit (for business) before the end of the year.

Thank you for asking Jewels! We spent three weeks cruising Europe including Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and England. We ate too much and drank too much and had a wonderful 30th wedding anniversary celebration. I posted a few pictures in Hangout if you want to see them just search under my user name. And I brought my son home a Louis Vuitton men's wallet from the store in Nice, France because I was so impressed with the way the one I bought my husband has held up.

Jewels, I have a similar wallet, it is the one I carry around with my life in it! Mine has a snap over but no zipper inside, it has a coin area with a snap closure and the cash goes behind there. It is overall a great wallet, but the edges are coated with something and can start to peel so watch out. LV will fix it if you send it out, but honestly the couple times it happened I just treated myself to a new one since I am tough on my wallet. But I do like it, it holds coins, and a check book and has a pen holder too!

I have that exact same wallet but mine is from the "Groom" collection. It has a silkscreen of the luggage toting groom on the outside and the interior leather is bright red. It makes me smile every time I open it! Plus it does hold a ton of stuff in an very organized way. I love those exterior credit card holders for your most used cards. Very handy I think. I really like the layout on this wallet; it''s my favorite one.
