Wow, I love those pictures. Happy 30th anniversary, such a perfect way to celebrate!! Oh, and you brought back such a nice gift for your son. Good choice, I heard France is the cheapest place to buy LVs.

Jewels, I have a similar wallet, it is the one I carry around with my life in it! Mine has a snap over but no zipper inside, it has a coin area with a snap closure and the cash goes behind there. It is overall a great wallet, but the edges are coated with something and can start to peel so watch out. LV will fix it if you send it out, but honestly the couple times it happened I just treated myself to a new one since I am tough on my wallet. But I do like it, it holds coins, and a check book and has a pen holder too!

DF, I know which wallet is it that you have. Bichon (a PSer) has one too, I saw hers a couple of weeks ago and I like it. Thanks for the tip on the edges. I will have to be very careful with my wallet becuase it has to last for a very long time. DH will have a second heart attack if I need to replace mine in a few years.

I have that exact same wallet but mine is from the ''Groom'' collection. It has a silkscreen of the luggage toting groom on the outside and the interior leather is bright red. It makes me smile every time I open it! Plus it does hold a ton of stuff in an very organized way. I love those exterior credit card holders for your most used cards. Very handy I think. I really like the layout on this wallet; it''s my favorite one.

Beacon - I love your wallet. I saw it and the red interior leather is so yummy. I almost bought that but I could not justify the price difference, plus DH just got me the PH a few months ago. Yes, I love all the compartments and cc slots in that wallet. I was considering the zippy wallet too but it is a bit too bulky for my liking.

Oh, I wish we all live in the same town so that we could all get together to check out our diamonds and LVs

Lien, how long have you had yours? I hope mine can last for at least 10 years. DH had a heart attack when he found out that I planned on buying the wallet a few weeks ago.

I was debating between this Mono one and the one in Vernis Pomme. The Vernis one looks so hot and unique. Got the Mono one, was worried about scratches and color transfer problems on the Vernis.

I''ve had it for about 5 yrs and it''s still in pretty good shape, even though I carry it practically everday (together with my coin purse). The Mono is pretty scratch-resistant and very long lasting.

What is the Pomme in Verni? Is the Vernis the leather with the long grain? I have a purse and a bag in that material and it is not scratch proof unfortunately.
