So I went to the tests and interview today. I think I did well. I'll have news in the new year. I really appreciate the fact that they will be calling me either way.

UPDATE

Things are slow right now so they are having a current employee do the work instead of making them redundant (understandable). BUT they liked me ( ) and the HR woman said: "We will call the candidates we retained in February to see if they are still available, and we will proceed to the next step." It's very vague, but there's still hope! I've been looking elsewhere in the meantime, and nothing else has come up so far, so I really hope this is it.
