Thanks dragonfly. I think the hidden diamonds in the basket are my fav part of the design. I'm happy that SO & I decided to go with Mark.

Luv2sparkle, after an unbelievably rough day yesterday, my sweet BF let me see our ering. He even let me try it on. I foolishly thought that I'd be able to "sneak" a few pics during my "play time".....BUT I was SADLY mistaken. He kept a close eye on me and I had to follow the rules, or he was going to end my "play time" sooner than I wanted. Soooooo.....looks like we'll have to wait a little longer for hang shots (DARNIT)! It's going to the safe/lockbox today......

Thanks AprilBaby. I love his designs. The extra "oomph" from the surprise diamonds in the basket really add a little something extra special to the traditional, classic look of the solitaire setting IMO.

YES ENERCHI! I can't even explain the excitement! AND I had a chance to lay eyes on this baby yesterday....OMG....I WAS IN HEAVEN! It IS indeed GAWGEOUS! (Thanks, btw. I'm so happy to see the positive and beautiful responses from all of you!) As soon as I receive it, you know I'll be back with the long-awaited hand shots!!

I was torn between the Vatche U113 and Mark Morrell's setting. Cost was a factor, so I was all for the Vatche for that reason alone. However, my wonderful BF told me to go ahead and go w/ Mark if that's what I really wanted. Plus, he liked the idea of the "surprise" stones in the basket, too.
Sooooo, after a few restless nights, I decided to just DO IT and off the payment went to Mark! DONE DEAL!
Now, the REAL wait begins....and let me tell you, I can't wait to get it DS!
