I love 3 stone rings of these proportions, @Redwoods-hiker-girl. Just lovely!
Hello again!
Just to update.. the salesman at Borsheims is the best! He sent me pix of the ring on a size 5 finger. He also said that they can make a new setting in yellow gold for no extra charge or just change the shank for no extra charge either. I have to decide whether I want a 3 stone or an old cut solitaire.. it's a delightful conundrum to have.
Your ring is absolute perfection. Do you still have this?
Well, waiting till my 40th anniversary to turn Beloved into a three stone lasted about...6 months? She's been a 3 stone for a while now, and I don't see myself changing her. Here she is, size 7.25. Center stone 4.05, sides 1.12 and 1.13 - all H VS1 ACAs. Setting by DKJ. She's utterly stunning, is my 'destination ring', and is definitely the most spectacular ring I will ever own.
I referred in an earlier post on this thread to my 40th anniversary ring, and we now have all the stones for that one as well. It will be a much smaller ring - 1.1 center, 2 x .4ct pears - one on each side, 1.9ctw, platinum setting. It's obviously a far more casual ring than Beloved x 3, but it will be a very pretty ring and it's the sort of size I like for all sorts of things. So I'm sure Miss Flirty Forty will get a lot of outings after I receive her in 9 months time!
And here's gorgeous Beloved x 3.
I'm planning on converting my 3ct round into a 3 stone right hand (bad b*tch) ring and am thinking of doing 0.3 or 0.6ct side stones. I have a size 4-4.5 finger so don't have much real estate. Does anyone have something similar to those specs?
This is so amazing! I have a 3ct center stone and would like two smaller side stones. Is this considered a trellis setting? I love it and am screenshotting it
