Meet Miss Puffy (OMC)

Thank you very much!

Colour: Very fair! I should've known better. :D It does face up much whiter but I'm also inclined to believe GH is generous. I'll try again in the sunlight, and not wearing a yellow shirt.

Setting: Not much fuss, I like this a lot, and with 6 petite claw prongs (but in white gold):

I quite like the wonky shape though I'm not sure if this setting ^^ would pose problems!

Love this setting and the vintage Style! Enjoy Miss puffy!

 Wonkity quonk is absolutely fabulous to me, along with a stone with tons of color. The only thing that will have to be considered is the 'clipped' corner, but it can be made to work. Miss Puffy is adorable.

In other news, something popped up on my IG feed the other day and I'd love to get thoughts on this diamond... I'm still asking for additional photos/videos but off the bat, does this really look like an OEC or maybe a transitional cut?

The seller said the colour is a "champagne brown" and clarity is very eye clean. I'm wary about the colour so I hope I can get a better gauge of it through additional photos and videos.

Are we sure that's an old cut at all? I guess you could call it transitional. It looks a similar to a more 'modern' large arrow H&A cut with a larger table. I'm no expert, so I could be misjudging nuance? More pictures are a must!

That's what I thought too! It looks more H&A to me... otherwise those are some pretty sharp "petals":think:

I agree, it doesn't look like an old cut to me.
