I''m gonna see him in Chicago next week and then Cleveland the following weekend. You gonna catch any shows?
He''s not touring with the E Street band.

I''ll be interested to hear what you think of the concert.
I like when Bruce plays acoustically. I love the Joad tour although I did not like the album. I already have a boot of one of his rehearsal shows and I like it. Plus I have 8th row center seats in Chicago, so that can''t be bad!

Yes, FireGoddess, I saw him on Storytellers. I would have liked to have heard more about some of his other songs, but what I saw was good. I have a DVD on its way to me with a few more songs that were cut from the show so I''m anxious to see that.

My online experiences have all been pretty positive. The first online friend I ever made was about 13 years ago, via email (I don''t even think they had chat rooms then?). I was in Texas and he was east-coast. I had just aquired my first show-quality dog, and Akita, and had some questions about training/showing. I sent out a few emails, and he just happened to answer with a TON of information. We stayed in contact for about 9 years and became very close. He got a new job and his life became very busy. I never actually met him, but I still miss chatting with him.

I''ve met several people, every one of them race bicycles. There are lots of local races, but not a huge selection of large races. You really have to travel across the county to have the opportunity to race in large events, and that gets expensive fast! Especially if you''re not pro (have to pay your own travel costs) and even more so if you''re female (typical payout for 1st place woman is significantly less than payout for 1st place Pro man). So a lot of times racers from different states will contact each other looking for inexpensive lodging, places to eat, best routes to travel to get to the race, etc. I''m pretty careful about who I talk to and have become good at verifying people are who they claim to be, so I don''t have any strange stories, fortunately.
