Very beautiful - the colour is not too light at all (almost bordering what some vendors call tsavorite - but not our usual recommended ones though) and the blue tint is clearly there. I can tell that you photographed it as it is, no fancy lighting (not that there's anything you can work with where you are
) and no fancy methodology and all, and it still came out looking great. What a sparkler too. Gotta love garnets.
Halos can deepen the tone and perceived saturation slightly. Bringing out the blue (or not), depends on the metal used, or if you choose to use coloured stone melees in your halo, this will play a role in highlighting it or dampening it. A rose gold metal or rosy (even purplish) melees will bring out the blue.
