More Pro Wedding Shots Part 2

Ok here is a second set. I have one more disk to go after this and i am done These are mostly of the ceremony. and alot of details that went into the wedding.

This first one is of the room all empty while people are at the cocktail hour

Next one is of the escort cards I designed that IWANNA helped show me how and my SIL graciously did edits and printing/cutting/mounting for me the table numbers were the same design and I thought they came out great!

Here are the escort cards on their table with their centerpeice which i loved

and one more of that, showing the people coming in and getting their card so they can find which table they are at.

Here are the tables all set up. each place setting got a mum. color of the mums alternated between burgandy and gold. You can also see what the table numbers looked like in this photo.

Here is a pic of the sweetheart table. I also displayed my bouquet there once we sat down.

Here are our escort cards that we let sit on the table. because of the venue everyone had to have an escort card that showed in some way what their entree choice was.

Here our our toasting flutes. they were used in both DH''s grandparents and sisters wedding.

here is out cake. the lil peices on it are game peices from a game called carcassone which is one of our favorite games (we love games and had to encorporate that into the wedding). To be honest, the cake did not come out at all how we expected we were anticipating the little peices around the cake to be in color and for the meeples on top (thats what they are called) to be all white but with a brown bow and a necklace, not the beige color. but it tasted good!

here is a close up of our bride and groom meeples we had made. even though they look like they were made of gingerbread they were actually made of sugar.

Here is our enterance into the reception. We were taking photos for part of the cocktail hour and then retired to our room for a bottle of champagne and appetizers from the cocktail hour we had delivered. we needed a break from all the people after phots and such which started at noon!

And here is our first dance. it was to Nora Jones "turn me on". good shot of my bustle

then came out dinner. Everyone seemed to love the way they did our salads so i thought i would post a pic in case there are any dinner party throwers looking for a new idea.

For entrees we had a vegan vegtable napolean (its SOCAL and we know tons of veggies and vegans), we had a bacon wrapped filet mignon, and a proscuitto wrapped chicken in some kind of sauce i dont remember.

We had them dim the lights once dinner got underway so it would be more romantic. I think the photographer would have really liked them on though LOL

Here are our favors. Keeping in line with our game love we had little chocolate and sugar cookies made in the shape of meeples...very tasty!!!
