Morganite and rose gold earrings - reputable online vendor?

Hi guys,

Trying to help out a friend who is looking for morganite and rose gold earrings. A bunch of the listings are of similar products, and some are listed as gold filled or gold plated some places, but not others. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a pair that there's no chance of it being gold filled or gold plated? Said friend also has sensitive ears and needs real gold.

Check out the recommended vendors on Etsy. They use real gold and can source the stone for you too, if needed.

Do they sell online? I don't see prices listed or anything here, and they don't seem to have any stores carrying their jewelry nearby. Just a link to 'schedule an in store consultation' ???

Gold filled should not set off allergies since it is not a plating process but gold mechanically/heat fused to (usually) jewellers brass or (sometimes) copper. It is hundreds of times thicker than gold plating and is actually Federally regulated. It can even be polished a few times and should last years if it is not worn next to solid gold. My personal experience has been that a solid gold bracelet will wear through the gold of a gold filled watch bracelet to the base metal in spots where it rubs. However necklaces, earrings and bracelets worn alone and cared for as the precious jewellery they are, will wear well. If your friend can wear gold without allergy, she should be fine with GF - and it's usually a lot less expensive.
