OK, another huge swiffer fan here. Actually, I love my swiffer so much. Some times I pat the handle and say ''Swiffer, I love you!'' Especially with hair in the bathroom. Magic. And that elbow pivotting joint thingy. YES! I love it. Maybe you have ''cowboy dirt'' up there in Calgary! Tougher, more stubborn and recalcitrant dirt. Dirt that''s half prairie, half mountain in its soul. They should invent the ''Swiffer - Cowboy Edition'' for Albertans.

And speaking of magic, the Mr. Clean ''Magic Sponge'' is my other fave.


As for overrated, chocolate bars in the US. I just stopped eating them because they taste like refined corn syrup and wax. I keep thinking I want one, and I keep being disappointed. Where''s the chocolate people?!?! It''s called a ''chocolate bar''!


And overrated movies: I actually hated ''American Beauty''. I recently saw ''Moulin Rouge'' and was all ''whaaa?!?!?''

SO agree with you about the chocolate! Whenever I am REALLY craving chocolate I like to go to this little import shop I just found a couple months ago...mmmm... choclately chocolate (not just sugar!)

OMG! It''s like we share a mind! I totally love my Swiffer and my Magic Eraser. And, for picking up loose crap, too! Yes, I mean crap. As in Horse crap that falls out of the bottom of your boot as soon as you walk in the back door! And, the chocolate thing! I just went on vacation and found a little chocolate shop. I was all "wahoo!" Then, i tasted the stuff. "Did you put crayons in this?!?" Hated both those movies too. Just saw Moulin Rouge about 6 weeks ago. I couldn''t even watch the whole thing!

Harriet, my SIL brings me a box from here every Christmas. Soooo Gooood!

They are so good that 1 or 2 fits the bill just right. No need to binge on the whole box...

Movie: Star Wars! Granted, I didn''t see it until the rerelease in the 90s so I was much older than most people when they saw it for the first time, but I just don''t get the big deal over it. Never saw any of the prequels or sequels. Who cares.

Food: lobster. Other than the melted butter, nothing about lobster appeals to me at all! A big dead boiled thing on a plate. Yum.
