Does anyone wear two or more thin bands on each side of their e-ring? I''m considering getting two thin bands as opposed to one thicker band and would love to see your pictures!

I love that idea because then you can mix and match how you wear them!

Yep, lots of people do! It''s a lovely look.

I love that look. I am considering buying some thin bands to go with my ering.

Very cute look.

I think if you have the $$ it is great to get one plain and one diamond band for the wedding ceremony so you have a choice.

But if you are loaded it is better to have two of each!

Okay, you twisted my arm.
The top ring is a WG micropave ring from Macy''s...I have no idea what the quality of the stones are, carat wt, etc.
It was on sale at Christmas, cheap

The bottom ring is a WG bead-set .50 ct band from a local B&M.
Ignore the nails, I''m due to give myself a manicure...

Not sure if you can see the rings too well here, I''ll post another one below...

Here''s another view. They don''t match exactly, but I like the way they all look together...

They look great together! Do you usually wear all 3 together?

I love the look of two thin bands either side as well, whether they be plain or diamond. I think thinner is much better so as not to overpower your er. Having said that my wedding band is about 8mm. Soon to change, as soon as I have it/them I will show them off.

iluvsparkles are you thinking plain or diamond bands and if so what style (channel/prong?

I think it''s a gorgeous look when you use the really thin bands

Hi Tigian,

I used to only wear the e-ring and the bottom bead-set band, but a couple of weeks ago tried the Macy''s ring on with them, and have been wearing all 3 since then.

A little more bling never hurts, as far as I am concerned

I''m thinking of diamond bands.

At first, I want to get a thicker 3-sided pave band, but after reading that it will scratch the e-ring, and that 1-side pave bands are better (unless I wear a spacer ring), I''m considering two thinner micropave/pave (not sure if there''s a difference when they''re thin) to put on each side instead. That way, it won''t take away from the center stone.

Now, if FI wants to get me a 3-sided pave band as well so I can wear that one alone (on days I want to mix it up), I won''t say no! Hehehe... oh boy, if only he knew...

Hi Kat,

I love your rings, they''re gorgeous! So dainty yet so sparkly!

I totally agree with you, the more bling the better!

Iluvsparkles,
Thanks! I''m glad you started this thread, I''d like to see some other examples of thin bands on either side of an e-ring...there''s a post I saw a while back that I really liked, I''ll see if I can find it...

Found it! I''m not sure whose rings these are, but they are gorgeous!!!!

I just LOVE the different variations of how you placed the rings!!

Your e-ring is so pretty too, goes so perfectly well with your bands!

I strive to someday have a set just like yours, MammaBear. It''s stunning!!

Thanks gals!!
I highly recommend multiple bands!!

I''m striving for another band to add to the mix...
I''m working on a 2ct. eternity band

I will keep ya''ll posted!

MommaBear,
I''m a big fan of your set too!
Gorgeous!!!

I dont have a set like this, but I think it would be fun, I thought about it for awhile, I have a small diamond band and I thought about adding a really thin ruby band as well, I like the look of the 3 bands

Diamondrnglover,
Do you have any pics of the ruby band you thought of getting? I think that would look awesome with a small diamond band on the other side!

~Kat

I have two bands, but they''re 2.5mm so maybe too thick to wear together. I guess we''ll see, haha.
(Sorry, the photo is part of my mokume collage)

I wear my ering with 2 bands staked on the same side but I think having the ering flanked by 2 thin bands would look amazing also! I included some pics for reference of how I wear my ering...

darn my picture didn''t attach.

I do I do! Absolutely love it

Both my bands are the same width as the band on my Ering (all 2.5mm) so I can also wear my Ering with just one band, but I very rarely do!
