I have to agree that is a dream diamond. You are one lucky bride to be! Many of us were initially engaged with a far smaller inferior diamond. K is my favorite diamond color! I am “color sensitive“ in that I personally prefer a hint of tint in any diamond! I also venture to guess that if you decided you did not want this for life you would sell it in a blink of an eye!

Absolutely beautiful ring! I’m a similar skin tone to you and I love my K colored diamond! I picked out my own stone as I fell in love with a diamond in the display case that was a K and the gray color it leaned towards.

@EC8 some girl at work asked me if it was a Tanzinite ...she probably did that on purpose anyway.

Anyone who thinks your diamond loops like a tanzanite is ignorant of gems. Pay them no mind.

you definitely can see the color more from the side - it faces up a bite whiter.

Going to pick out wedding bands today! I am thinking just a classic yellow gold diamond eternity band- nothing too big since the stone is large and my fingers are very small.

Other suggestions or unique ideas are welcome !!
