My brain is MUSH, help me with this OEC diamond please.

I have been in the market for a large OEC diamond and I’m cureently looking at this stone. My brain has gone to mush and I’m so overwhelmed at this point and would love some help and opinions on it.

It’s a 5.05 ct OEC and 10.56mm. I could really use some expert eyes before I pull the credit card out. Thanks to all for your help.View attachment 1001677
