I've all always loved the idea of convertible pieces. Was happy to finally make one of my own. And my jewler is a gem top put up with my crazy ideas. Didn't even bat am eye.

When I first had the idea I tried to find other convertible pieces for inspiration but there really isn't much out there. Maybe it's just not profitable for designers? Or it limits the artistry too much? Whatever the reason I wish there was more cleverly changeable high end jewelry out there.

Thanks guys. I may do something similar with some loose colored gems though I may try to do a pendant to ring design next since I often like to wear colored gem rings.
 
So cool, and beautiful! Goodness doing something similar with colored gems would be awesome. Colored gems on your bracelets would be such a gorgeous pop of color :)).
 
True. It's mostly deciding if I want to spend more on setting the colored gems than what the gems cost themselves.

Im in China right now and it feels a little weird because it's a lot of bling for these parts. Diamonds still can't compete in popularity compared to jadeite and 24k gold here. Though I see it more and more in jewelery stores.

Thanks. I really want to go to jo Ann fabrics to make more leather bracelets to put it on in different colors but havenot found time yet. Soon though!
