I haven't worn it with a pendant yet. I have a number of pendants but I just love the dbty on its own. But since you put the idea in my head perhaps I will give it a go...would love to see some pics of your new dbty with a pendant when you wear it that way. I bet it will look gorgeous!

Yes, the culets do protrude out past the bezels. However, when I wear the necklace, it is not uncomfortable for me next to my skin.
