MY DREAM EARRING PROJECT WITH 1.38 & 1.39 OEC SISTERS

I FINALLY found a match!!! These 2 beautiful sister oecs will be going into my dream earrings, the CvB Casablanca earring settings. I fell in love with them about a year and a half ago. I even got to try the samples on in person and oh my gosh they are amazing. The details are absolutely glorious. I purchased the 1.38 J VS1 oec from Caysie about 9 or 10 months ago and have been hunting for a match ever since. After buying and selling 3 other stones that ended up not matching ...I finally found a winner. Caysie found it just last week and i received it on Wednesday. The facet patterns are very complimentary, face up size is very close and color isn't exact but in the settings the difference will disappear. In daylight with sunshine the colors look almost the same, but in some dimmer lightings, I can see about 1 shade difference. Caysie said the Casablanca baskets will whiten the K and won't affect the J much. So I think it's going to work beautifully. My old stone (will be GIA certed soon) is at least a J VS, weighs 1.38 & measures approx 7.10x7.07mm. It is a super high J color, and is even whiter than my other super white facing GIA J oecs...the new stone is a GIA 1.39 K VS2, Caysie says it's a high K and would likely cert a J through AGS. It measures 7.08x7.21. The 1.38 has a slightly larger culet and a smaller table than the 1.39 but it's only noticeable on camera zoomed in or if I really stare...anyways here are pics and video of the beautiful sister stones and some pics of the Casablanca earring samples so you can imagine them set For reference, the stones in the samples are 8mm czs, so my stones will be a bit smaller. Hopefully, I'll have the funds soon to bring this project to completion...can't wait!
