Prong tips should be smaller and I cannot understand why he did not make them symmetrical. I really think it depends on how picky you are. But as sorry as I am to say it, I would not be happy with them. You should be 100% satisfied.

Me neither, it would also be a mindclean thing for me, so I am very glad you are getting it redone the way you want!

So, I emailed my jeweler photos of what I was looking for as far as the prongs go for the bands. He just emailed back saying he is starting new ones right now, and I can hang on to my originals until they are done. I sent him the memoire and a few others too, so hopefully it will work out this time.
Everyone please keep your fingers crossed for me!

Wow, talk about customer service! That is great that he is starting the new ones so quickly AND letting you keep the current ones while he does this!
