I write this thread in gratitude to you all for teaching me so much about diamonds, settings, and vendors the past several years. My husband recently surprised me by saying I can get a 10 year anniversary ring. I was thrilled!
I had already been following Victor’s Instagram and PS threads for a while now and knew I wanted to work with him as his reviews for his diamonds and settings were positive. We bought a 2.15 Canera H&A H VS1 diamond and had it set in a cathedral solitaire setting with a scalloped basket ( after reading more threads, I saw this setting was a result of a collaboration between Victor and fellow PSer Carbonfan). I did have a bit of anxiety buying a setting and diamond I haven’t seen in person but that was all put to rest when the ring arrived.
I was pleasantly surprised by how delicate the setting is and the proportions are fantastic! Love the fine craftsmanship. The diamond is the most beautiful diamond I’ve ever seen. Visible hearts and arrows and performs beautiful in all lighting. I’m in love! Also, the packaging the ring and spacer arrived in was superb and well organized.
My husband and I enjoyed working with Victor and Nicholas and are thrilled with the outcome.
