I am so with you on that one, Mara. Seeing Ivana and Cel n Gee''s rings make me feel so regertful that I didn''t go for a 2mm band (or thinner). I so want a bigger diamond. Diamond shrinkage is such a problem! I looked at my stone this morning and thought, "did it lose even more weight overnight?" Wish I could feed it pizza and ice cream...Sigh...

The specs are 1.64 round brilliand, g color, S1. Mara, we have the same size stone and I think your diamond would look gorgeous on a 1.7-2 mm band... Having a thin band does make the diamond appear bigger, most people with larger stones than mine (2c) think that we have the same size diamond.

Well I can''t wait to see Thread''s ring.
