My new baby!!! 2.70CT Princess Cut

Hi All!!

Ok so I was casually looking around some shops on the weekend and I came across this stunning rock in a big bulky setting. I had no intention of upgrading my diamond as yet but this was an amazing deal and I couldn't stop thinking about the damn diamond!!! So today.. I bought it!!

2.70ct Princess cut

SI2 (Eye Clean)
Very Good Make


I am in LOVE!! Now I have the dimela of what setting to put it into... I like high settings and need something delicate for my 3.25 size finger. I have always had a massive soft spot for the halo settings.. Any thoughts would be amazing and ideas! Even feel free to post pictures..

I havn't collected it as yet so you will just have to make do with a not so great Iphone picture. I didn't know I would be purchasing it when I took this! Excuse my discusting nails!

Setting-wise ... what about a delicate bezel? Not too many princesses are set in bezels, but when they're done right, they look AMAZEBALLS. I remember somebody posted one in the Leon Mege thread that is just

you tiny fingered people out there are soooooo lucky!!! it looks like its a 3-4 carater on your teeny digits... sigh..I really need to invest in some finger lipo..

anywhooo... I think it would look tdf with a nice delicate halo...or even nice sidestone (maybe tapered bags or bullets?) Cant wait to see more pictures tho!!!

I love the halo, it's stunning! Do you have a picture of the profile?

Is anyone a halo expert that can help me with proportions etc? I have no idea even where to start and work out what size diamonds are needed and the best colour to go with the J coloured diamond.

Can anyone help?

Thanks Circe! the joys of having small fingers! The proportions are not actually that large from what I have read it has smaller measurements of a 2ct RB.

It's 8.20 x 7.49. I like tht it's slightly rectangular.
