Thanks D&T! I'll be honest I would never have set out to buy a diamond of this size or color for a pendant... but I had spent a certain amount of $$ with this jeweler and I thought this was the best way to get my money's worth! Alls well that ends well I guess.

The rube Thanks! I too like the floating look but I hanker for something more substantial looking on the neck. I am surprised that Linda (thanks!!) thinks it looks bigger than a .63 because to me it looks so small! LOL!! I'm just used to my upgrade now, DSS is REAL!!

Gemgirl I am very happy with the finish and craftsmanship of the stuller! The only thing I don't like is that the basket is very deep behind the stone, and this means that the stone is angled a little too skyward for my liking (may be the angle of my chest). That's why I think this isn't my permanent pendant, I think I want a halo!

I think it looks great! I really like the neck shots. They made me think a halo would be too flashy....then I saw your note about wanting a halo. I''ve been wanting a halo too but this setting looks so classy.

The flashy part is an issue. This setting can be worn with anything, literally... it looks great with a t shirt and jeans or something formal. The halo definitely would not be casual enough to wear with a t-shirt. Only if you are Ivana Trump I think
