sevens.....LOL, unfortunately no compliments today...except from all of you! I didn''t go anywhere today....lazy Sunday, and terrible, terrible weather here. I''ll be out and about tomorrow,so hopefully someone will notice my ring

Leila, no, I no longer have my original set....I traded it in for the upgrade. I was working for a jeweler part time back then, and hubby proposed without a ring, knowing that I would like to pick my own out, etc.... so, I''m ok with not having it...no real sentiment there...it was just what I liked at the time, in DH''s price range.

thanks for all the compliments everyone...hopefully tomorrow the sun will shine so I can get some more pics...oh, and yes, I must go get some flowers for some pics too!

Well, I can''t believe that there is STILL no sun here! So , sadly no sun pics yet...I''m getting anxious!

BUT, after looking at my ring for 2-3 days, I decided that I was not happy with the V-prongs...I felt that they were alittle "sloppy"...so I took it back to the jeweler, and he did alittle "crispening" on them....here is a new pic...can you tell the difference?

I do see the difference in the prongs. I didn''t before before you pointed it out but your right...they look ''crisper'' than before. Congrats on your Verragio setting and beautiful diamond! It looks incredible on your finger!

They do look a bit flatter, more tidy. I would not have noticed without looking at both. Your ring is just so pretty and sparkly it is distracting!
