We must have very similar jewelry/ gemstones taste I actually emailed Jeff about 2-3 months ago for a set of matching pink spinels for earrings, but never got back to him as kids, house, life got in the way. I think you just took one of my earrings It is gorgeous!!!!!!!

Out of curiosity (and if you don't mind me asking!), what was the price range to have your stone cut? I've always been interested in picking out a rough stone and seeing it through.

I believe Jeff has a min. price range for custom orders of $500. So whatever you get starts there I believe.

OMG! It's gorgeous!! Did you get this after the GTG? I would have loved to lick this spinel in person. I love, love, love my spinel, but it's native cut, which doesn't it justice.
